Aims

After attending the event, candidates with an appropriate background in skills management are able to:

• Decide how to incorporate SFIA in their capability management processes
• Advise on the benefits of SFIA
• Prepare role profiles, job descriptions, etc, using SFIA
• Introduce other staff to SFIA
• Carry out and facilitate the assessment of personnel

When and where

• At 1 Castle Lane, near Victoria station, central London
• Or at your premises, if you need several people trained.
• The course includes a facilitated workshop exercise, so attendance is limited.
• The course runs from 10am until 4:14 pm.
• Overnight accommodation is not provided, but you will have refreshments and a sandwich lunch. The joining instructions will show you how to find the course location.

Price

• Public course: £400 per seat
• On site dedicated course: £3,200 plus expenses: up to 12 people.
• VAT is added at the prevailing rate
