Aims
After attending the event, candidates with an appropriate background in skills management are able to:
- Decide how to incorporate SFIA in their capability management processes
- Advise on the benefits of SFIA
- Prepare role profiles, job descriptions, etc, using SFIA
- Introduce other staff to SFIA
- Carry out and facilitate the assessment of personnel
When and where
- At 1 Castle Lane, near Victoria station, central London
- Or at your premises, if you need several people trained.
- The course includes a facilitated workshop exercise, so attendance is limited.
- The course runs from 10am until 4:14 pm.
- Overnight accommodation is not provided, but you will have refreshments and a sandwich lunch. The joining instructions will show you how to find the course location.
Price
- Public course: £400 per seat
- On site dedicated course: £3,200 plus expenses: up to 12 people.
- VAT is added at the prevailing rate
