How SFIA worksEach SFIA skill has a short summary statement of the skill, independent of level. That is followed by a set descriptors, describing the skill at each of the levels at which it is recognised. In general, a given skill does not appear at all seven levels. So the relationship between skills and levels can be represented like this:
