All SFIA material referred to here in this document is and shall remain the copyright of the SFIA Foundation.

By using this document you, as the End User, agree to be bound by, and will ensure all your employees and agents will comply with, the terms of the following limited user licence.

You are hereby granted a personal royalty free perpetual non-transferable licence to use this material for your own internal employee assessment purposes only (the "Purpose"). You may copy this material for the Purpose only. You must not alter this material or create any derivative material (in whatever format) from this document.

You must not exploit this material for any commercial advantage unless you enter into a separate licence agreement prepared by the SFIA Foundation for that purpose which will be subject to the payment of a licence fee. You may not redistribute this material to any other person (including any affiliated organisation) without first providing the SFIA Foundation with the full details of such person and the SFIA Foundation receiving from such person written confirmation that they will be bound by the terms of this licence. The SFIA Foundation may terminate this licence upon your breach.

The terms of this licence shall be governed by English law and the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
