All information produced by The SFIA Foundation is and shall remain the copyright of the SFIA Foundation.

By using this document you, as the End User, agree to be bound by, and will ensure all your employees and agents will comply with, the terms of the following limited user licence.

You are hereby granted a personal royalty free perpetual non-transferable licence to use the information in the SFIA framework and associated documentation for your own personal use and for internal employee assessment purposes only within an organisation that employs you (the "Purpose") provided that organisation’s name is given when you register to use SFIA.

You may copy this material for the Purpose only. You may combine information from SFIA with information from other sources in pursuance of The Purpose. But you may not distribute SFIA outside the organisation by which you are employed or which you are representing, and you may not produce any material derived from SFIA that you then distribute outside your organisation (in whatever format).

You must not exploit this material for any commercial advantage unless you enter into a separate licence agreement prepared by the SFIA Foundation for that purpose which will be subject to the payment of a licence fee. You may not redistribute this material to any other person (including any affiliated organisation). The SFIA Foundation may terminate this licence upon your breach.

The terms of this licence shall be governed by English law and the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
